Publishing Stage

In brief, here is the plan for publishing, such as it is.

We'd like to publish a new book, called "Steal this Book Part 2".

We'd like the publishing to be picked up by some generous publishing house OR some kind of collaborative effort that combines self-publishing with an on-demand service.

We'd like to separate sections so that some people can publish different parts based on what they want to read. In other words, People would be able to select the major sections only, or the major sections plus a "Fuck This City" section, or any combination of "Fuck These Cities."

We'd also like to make the Cities sections available on their own.

We'll also have to look at how to distribute the book, in its various forms. This would basically involve coming up with a few combinations of sections (as few as possible) and distributing them based on audience and location.

To offset costs of writers/editors/etc distributing the book, publishing, etc., we may offer full versions (with all sections) as a purchased edition, possibly signed by contributors, or something like that.

That is basically what we're thinking right now, with a few details here and there. Other ideas are more than welcome.
