Greenhouses

but are you absolutley sure that the pvc will bend so easily to form the pvc greenhouse? -vov

OK I have experience mostly with greenhouses, we need help with sustainance gardening!!

Over the next few days/weeks/months/years, I want to add some info on organic farming. Its certainly back in the spotlight because of its environmental and social statements...plus, Mom and Dad were (and still are) organic growers and semi-hippies, so I did absorb some of the information. OK what else do we need, we have greenhouse, vertical and regular fields organic nitration, pesticides, compost. All with water saving in mind.

Potatoes

I think the part about potatoes being treated to prevent the formation of eyes is inaccurate. Supermarket potatoes will sprout; I believe the reason you're not supposed to use them is that they are not certified disease free. I'll have to research this. Tortilla 18:33, 1 April 2008 (UTC)
