Obviously maybe hey certainly OBVIOUSLY this is one of the sections that will require the most revision, the most profound revision.

We have the ability now to disseminate information freely (outside of ISP and computer costs, even those, both of which can be free as well), but the next issue becomes accessibility. Another item I'd like to include is free WiFi. Not only how to find free WiFi, but also how to host it, how to set up a WiFi network for your home that allows other users to piggyback when in need.
