Please do not steal from local owned stores for many have been closing down because of loss. In urban areas there are not very many local owned stores anymore. Loss and the supermarkets undercuting price untill the local store closes, are main reasons why my store could not survive. - author unknown

how to shop, how to eat

Recent edits to this article suggest to me having nutrition information and suggestions for how to buy reasonably priced food rather than simply how to rip off supermarkets. Malnutrition will make all the revolutionaries weak and dull, so let's talk about how great one can eat on a diet of cheap, good stuff like beans, rice, veggies, etc. Could go in this article, or perhaps we should make a new one. verification?

Okay, this article says things like "Albertsons has no sensors, so walking out with items is easy". How are we to verify this kind of claim? Since anyone can come here and edit, there is no reason to believe claims like this, especially without references or signatures (so that at least we can contact the person who made the claim and ask for more some kind of substantiation). These claims are dangerous: telling our brothers and sisters that "walking out with items is easy" sounds like a good way to get a lot of them arrested if the claim is false. Also, the claims may have been true in the past, and someone just copied it from some crusty old "anarchist" website without checking if it is still true. What can we do? Ideas? dr.matt...I agree, store and company specific information seem to be too subjective even if it is in the company rule book it is likely the security guard, manager on duty, and cop that responds who will make the real decision. One hard ass manager and the rule book can be bent to send a shoplifter to the overnight fingerprint factory.
